A Little about Tattered Inspirations

Tattered Inspirations is a little business which aims to provide products with a vintage heart to use in your crafts - be it scrapbooking, card making or other crafty pursuits.

The Tattered Inspirations shop is here
Tattered Inspirations

Markets - we will keep you informed as we have no idea when we will be able ot go to the Old Bus Depot due to their rennovations. once I know I will pop it here :)

The business is only tiny and is not in any way out to make lots of money but rather to offer products to compliment the usual supplies available by big companies.

The Design Team Rachel Walsh, Belinda Comerford, Kathy Marchant, Daniella Tassone and Suzie Lowe creatively use the products to show people what can be done - and I treasure their input and design work immensly.

Thank you for dropping by, we aim to encourage and inspire you to do something different out of your comfort zone, in new and exciting ways.

Patchwork Crazy

I have gone a bit crazy with the Patchwork range and I scrapped using it yesterday and completed a couple of layouts.... so I thought I would show you how I used the kit and the flowers.

The range now includes:
  • Patchwork Vintage Scrap Kit
  • Patchwork Blooms (set of 5 blooms) with bunting and vintage pink ribbon and two ranges
  • Patchwork Blooms (set of 3 blooms) and two ranges
  • Patchwork Hat Pins (set of 5 pins)
So here are my layouts

Early Morning Cuppa
Using the Vintage Patchwork Kit
Plus a Prima Vine, Prima paper, Prima and AC alphas and a couple of paper doileys and some vintage seam binding also available in my shop

Using the ruffle - you can cut this like I did and it won't come undone
It is sewn through to a piece of fabric to secure
Gotta love that flower cabochon - it is in the kit!

The flowers, buttons and hat pins (I added an extra bloom - they are available in packs of 3 or 5 too)

The cute little charms - these are sooooo sweet and the fabric labels

Patchwork Blooms and Bunting Pack

This is such a cute pack and great value with its 5 blooms, bunting and 1 metre of gorgeous vintage ribbon...

Old and New Layout
Using the Patchwork 5 blooms kit with bunting
Daisy D's paper

Extras - organza lilies, lace motif, Prima flowers, Prima butterflies, hat pins, chipboard coat rack, vintage seam binding, assorted flowers, cameo, buttons etc
I added little things to the bunting - pretty cute I thought

I don't use a lot of chipboard but this seems to go nicely!

I had a lovely play with this kit - so easy to use and really sweet for so many layouts... I also played with Strawberry Fields and Man About Town - I will load these over the next few days.....

Hope you have fun with this gorgeous Patchwork Range.... and don't forget to show me your layouts for the February competition.... there are prizes too - see the newsletter (smile)

Cheers
C
