A Little about Tattered Inspirations

Tattered Inspirations is a little business which aims to provide products with a vintage heart to use in your crafts - be it scrapbooking, card making or other crafty pursuits.

The Tattered Inspirations shop is here
Tattered Inspirations

Markets - we will keep you informed as we have no idea when we will be able ot go to the Old Bus Depot due to their rennovations. once I know I will pop it here :)

The business is only tiny and is not in any way out to make lots of money but rather to offer products to compliment the usual supplies available by big companies.

The Design Team Rachel Walsh, Belinda Comerford, Kathy Marchant, Daniella Tassone and Suzie Lowe creatively use the products to show people what can be done - and I treasure their input and design work immensly.

Thank you for dropping by, we aim to encourage and inspire you to do something different out of your comfort zone, in new and exciting ways.

A boab tree in beautiful Broome

Well here is my latest mixed media creation and I love it.......It is now in our lounge room and I love the colours they are just so amazing (and believe it of not - try to life!!)

I took a photo of this scene when I was in Broome and always wanted to do something with it - and here we are!

Detail of the sea and the land

I love surprises in my work - can you see the butterfly

It is a large canvas about 1 metre tall and has lots of paper (BG Periphery) and newsprint under paint and mediums

Detail of the boab .... paint, paper and mediums
A bit weird but it adds a lot of interest

Boab fruit - these are velvety and quite large

I hope you enjoy it!! Thanks for looking and I appreciate your comments too.....

Love

PS - I have now an excellent large easel - and I am so happy with that and I got to use two $50 vochures to help with the purchase...... it is awesome and makes life heaps easier

  1. I can vouch for your colours. They are so rich and varied in the north-west of of Western Australia that I guess a lot of people think that they have been enhanced somehow. Gorgeous painting!
