A Little about Tattered Inspirations

Tattered Inspirations is a little business which aims to provide products with a vintage heart to use in your crafts - be it scrapbooking, card making or other crafty pursuits.

The Tattered Inspirations shop is here
Tattered Inspirations

Markets - we will keep you informed as we have no idea when we will be able ot go to the Old Bus Depot due to their rennovations. once I know I will pop it here :)

The business is only tiny and is not in any way out to make lots of money but rather to offer products to compliment the usual supplies available by big companies.

The Design Team Rachel Walsh, Belinda Comerford, Kathy Marchant, Daniella Tassone and Suzie Lowe creatively use the products to show people what can be done - and I treasure their input and design work immensly.

Thank you for dropping by, we aim to encourage and inspire you to do something different out of your comfort zone, in new and exciting ways.

A little procrastination

I am procrastinating because I should be packing my bag to go on holiday tomorrow up in Queensland .... to warmer whether and beautiful views - but here I am puddling around on the computer......

Today is Mothers Day and it is actually my first without my Mum. She is now an angel and I hope that she is drinking champagne and having it with strawberries which she always enjoyed! I am thinking of you Nancy Claire .... love you always

So to you all - the carers, nurturers and the mothers.... those with children and those without - happy Mothers Day because what you do for others is important!!

I am getting the shop ready for new products in a couple of weeks time - so stay tuned for a lovely new lot of things for you to enjoy....... I also created 117 kits new ones .... so there is heaps happening

I thought I would share this....
I purchased this figerine of a little bird standing on a couple of books from
Bed Bath and Table - simply by fave store..... But it was totally white.
So inspired by a pair of gorgeous scarlet robins who love to perch in the tree outside
I painted my bird to match the female......
I think it is really cute and am totally happy with the way it came out
I kept Phils bird book close too so it is a real likeness
Thanks for looking

Plus I have some gorgeous exciting news too which we will share when I get back

The newsletter is also due when I get back - so I will be happily thinking of it as I am on holiday

I intend to do some sketches and paintings while I am away - so hopefully will share some when I return

So happy Mothers Day everyone

Love
Carol
