SO what happens when you prepare your place for the market and you have to live in what my husband calls a 'pristine house not a home.' Firstly all your creative stuff you have relied on for so long gets put into storage, your shops and other precious things is relegated to the wardrobe (not user friendly by any means) and you have to live in your home like noone lives there at all.... stressful
I guess also having the Autumn Escape coming up quickly has also been exciting but added its own stress...... So there we are - no wonder the shop has been chugging slowly for a while.
What I will say though - is that I have learnt how important it is to have regular updates on the blog and facebook if I need to keep things moving in the shop. Certainly people are happy to know what is happening but on the other hand it is hard to sell items in the shop if people aren't reminded that it is there...... so that is a learnign experience for sure
So without further ado - I have been busy and here is what I have been up to - they are in my shop and already selling well!
Vintage Tiles
These are a very good seller because simply there are nothing like these on the market - the big craft companies are startign to create some but mine are very different to what is available out there - plus they are cheaper and come with an embellishment. Simply each card is unique and you won't see it anywhere else. All Vintage Tiles in the Tattered Inspirations Etsy Store can be found with this link Vintage Tiles
Vintage Sprigs
These are now back in the shop but sell very well and over 1/2 have already been sold within 12 hours..... wow. They are smaller than others being only 12 - 15 cm but I think that makes them far more usable. There are two types in the shop at the moment - bouquet and sweet sprig types. They are all hand pieced, wired and then bound by florist tape - and they are totally gorgeousAll Vintage Sprigs in the Tattered Inspirations Etsy Store can be found with this link Vintage Sprigs
I am hoping that these will keep you busy for a while
Please pop into my shop and have a look - there is a lot to see
Love Carol
Hi Carol, gorgeous products. Do you have direct deposit ?
ReplyDeleteCheers
Mary
I certainly do Mary
ReplyDeleteWhen you make your order at the end instead of pressing the Paypal button press 'other'
This will then send you the invoice via email and the details of the direct debit is on that invoice
Once it hits my bank account I will post your order
I hope that helps
Lots of people pay by this method... so it is not a problem at all
Regards
Carol
